Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

1 Can of chickpeas

1 C of grape tomatoes

1 small onion

fresh parsley or basil

1 T olive oil

1  lemon juice

1 t or more of balsamic vinegar

salt

pepper

Directions

Chop the onion into small pieces

Slice the tomatoes in half (or smaller if they are larger grape tomatoes)

Combine all ingredients 

top with chopped parsley or basil (1 t or so)

Notes

Feel free to add any of the following:

crumbled feta

olives

cucumbers

red peppers

or whatever you can imagine!
