2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon honey
Cut the avocados in half and scoop out all the flesh. Place the avocado flesh, cocoa power and honey in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
When it’s fresh out of the food processor, the texture is more like a pudding. To firm it up for a mousse, chill the mixture in the fridge for one hour before serving.
Serve it as is or with other tasty toppings. Cinnamon adds a warm, spicy flavor. Chopped nuts can boost protein. Fresh raspberries can make this dessert taste like a rich truffle.
