two pieces of whole grain bread

1/3 C of organic whole milk ricotta cheeseĀ 

1 t of honey

1/2 C of berries

almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds or pistachios (optional)

Directions

Toast bread

spread each slice with ricotta cheese

drizzle with honey

top with berries

add nuts for extra proteinĀ
