1/2-1/3 C of whole fat greek yogurt

1/2 banana

2 T of sprouted pumpkin seeds (or hemp seeds or chopped almonds) 

1/3 C of berries 

shredded coconut or honey optional 

Directions

scoop yogurt into a bowl

top with remaining ingredients

sprinkle with coconut or drizzle with honey
