This program for small private groups offers information, accountability and support for those who want to lose weight safely and sustainably. These groups meet once a week in person or via phone to learn about:

• how to prepare or choose healthy filling meals
• portion control
• how to manage cravings
• develop a fun and workable exercise plan
• dealing with obstacles and temptation
• making positive choices in all areas that support a healthy lifestyle

Programs for Couples and Families
Losing weight, eating healthier, sleeping better and reducing stress can be difficult if your spouse, partner, roommate or family isn't on board. My program for couples and families is designed to encourage participation of family and friends, foster greater understanding of goals and create a strong support network for clients.  This program can be an add-on to the 6-month health-coaching program or a separate program customized to your needs.

These small group gatherings offer cutting edge information on topics ranging from insomnia, weight loss, skin care, relationships and stress and gives participants the opportunity to gain clarity on their goals.
