Formerly a busy non-profit executive, I always tried to put aside time to pursue my passions for cooking, yoga and nutritional healing. But, in my mid 40's, mounting family commitments and work responsibilities got in the way. One day I found mysef tired, overweight, achy and unhappy. It was then I decided to find a new way to live. I embarked on weight loss and nutrition journey that allowed me to lose 34 pounds, cure my painful plantar fasciitis, end my insomnia and feel both relaxed and energetic. 

I was amazed that I was able to reinvent myself in middle age, and wanted to help people like me -- busy professionals who lost their way with self-care --  do the same. That's why I became a health coach.

Today, I help men and women regain their vitality, lose weight, find a fitness routine they love, sleep better, manage stress, and prepare and eat healthy and delicious meals. I run workshops on nutrition, health and natural beauty everywhere from schools and clubs to offices and salons. I am a featured writer for several health and nutrition websites, and publish my own weekly newsletter.

Personally, I am a native New Yorker living in lower Manhattan with my husband and our beloved Border Collie, Rollo (who often appears in my newsletter!) I love to develop new, healthy recipes, take long walks with my dog, practice yoga, swim and spend time with friends.
